CM Punk Taken Off TV
Punk won’t be on RAW tonight, so he can sell his injury that took place last night. He really isn’t injured or being punished, its just an angle. Mike Johnson is reporting that he should be back on TV next week or the week after, and he might miss some house shows.
If they do this and he doesn’t come back all on fire looking for revenge, this will all be a waste. Punk should be the type of guy that doesn’t take any shit like what Orton did to him.

WWE RAW Thoughts 8/18/08
Jericho is out first. They replayed the video from last night where Jericho punched HBK’s wife. Crowd is shitting on Jericho, loudly. Basically just said that HBK deserved it and had it coming. No HBK.
Batista vs. Paul Burchill is the first match. About a 2 minute match. Batista hit the Batista Bomb for the win. Winner: Batista.
Adamle was out back to introduce the newest member of the RAW roster, Primo Colon, Carlito’s brother. In the middle of saying something Adamle ran away because he saw Cena, he said sorry for what happened last night and wanted to give him a heads up about his match tonight. But Cena said not now and he ran into Batista. He told him the better man won last night and good match. Cena should turn into a badass heel after the loss. Won’t happen, but it should.

They show clips from last week where Batista and Cena won the tag titles. Two guys feuding, are holding the Tag belts. That has never been done before…
RAW starts off with Cena’s music hitting and he is coming to the ring wearing his tag belt. Cena schools shit on the mic then says they don’t need any extra hype for their match, all they need is Cena/Batista in the ring right now together, here he comes. Those were both fucking awesome promos by both guys. Basically they both said that they were going to prove that they were the better man at Summerslam. This is a big time match. Crowd was on their feet the whole time. I can’t wait until Sunday.
WWE RAW Thoughts 8/04/08
Mike Adamle starts off the show, this can’t be good. Crowd hates this douche bag. Is he really comparing himself to Ronald Reagan? Bring Jeff Harvey out and put this mother fucker through a table. Is that the first time “Message Boards” has been said on WWE TV? HE WAS JUST READING OFF OF THE PIECE OF PAPER HE IS HOLDING! Crowd is really, really loud for this opening segment. Here comes JBL demanding Adamle put him in the championship match at Summerslam. Jericho comes out and says the same thing. JBL says that Jericho isn’t in his league. Jericho begs to differ. Adamle announces Punk vs. Jericho/JBL in a handicap match and if Punk loses, whoever pins him gets the title shot at Summerslam but if Punk wins nobody gets the shot. Somehow this is going to end in a no contest, probably with Kane interfering, making it a 4 way at Summerslam.

RAW starts off with a video from the Batista/CM Punk match from last week where JBL interfered and cost Batista the match. They then show Cena hitting Batista and them having to be seperated.
John Cena’s music hits and he is on the way to the ring. Cena is in the middle of the ring with a mic and pretty much the entire crowd is booing him very loudly. He said he can tell by the mixed reaction of the fans tonight, that they already know he isn’t perfect. He said he has made a mistake and he was taught that when you make a mistake you face the consequences. He said he isn’t going to get into details but last week he “socked Batista right in the mouth”.

RAW starts off tonight with a video recapping last nights match between Punk and Batista. They are now backstage in the production truck where Batista was watching the video. After the video ended Batista looked really fucking pissed and walk out of the room. He must not have rememebered what happened so he had to see it again…?
They announce the 6 man tag rematch from last week. Batista’s music plays, here he comes dressed casually. Batista says he planned on coming out here tonight as new champion but since Kane fucked his match up, he doesn’t have the title. Batista says since nobody is here to take control, he is putting himself in control of the show. And he is making one match and that is CM Punk defending his title vs Batista tonight. Batista tells if he has a personal problem with him, he better find him before Batista finds him. He says is anyone has a problem with that…JBL interupts him. He tells Batista he is in charge of nothing and he had a shot at the belt last night and he didn’t win. What makes him think he so special that he can walk out there and demand a title match. JBL says he, is the special one. He walked out of his match last night as a winner vs. John Cena so that means the next world title match is his. Batista tells JBL to come out to the ring and discuss their difference in opinion. JBL says he doesn’t answer to Batista, JBL is in charge. JBL says he is decreeing that the next title shot at Summerslam is his and he will win the title. JBL says he is busy finishing off Cena tonight. Punk music hits and he is walking out to the ring. Punk has a mic and says JBL is right about one thing, this is the jungle. He says he is the king because he is world heavyweight champion. He says the last time he checked the king doesn’t have to listen to anything JBL says and to be quiet while he takes care of some business. He tells Batista he wants to prove to the world he is beatable and he didn’t get the chance last night. Instead of sitting here talking about it why don’t they have a match tonight and get it right, he tells Batista lets have a match tonight. JBL says, no I am in charge. Someone cut off JBL’s audio. Batista says you are on Punk. Batista vs. Punk tonight. I say Punk pulls out the victory again. Thats pretty obvious.
