July 29th: Ring Of Honor can’t stop, won’t stop putting on blowaway doubleshots. ROH will follow up last week’s tremendously successful events in Toronto and Detroit with two more big cards this weekend. This Friday will see ROH return to Manassas, VA and this Saturday it will be “Death Before Dishonor VI” at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan, NY. July 29th: The entire lineup for this Saturday’s Manhattan event has been announced on the main page of ROHwrestling.com. There have been some lineup changes. The main event will be an Elimination Four Way with the ROH World Title at stake pitting ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness vs. Tyler Black vs. Claudio Castagnoli vs. Bryan Danielson. Also just signed is a huge three-way pitting Austin Aries vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. The Necro Butcher, Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Jigsaw & Ruckus, Roderick Strong vs. Eddie Edwards and Chris Hero vs. Delirious. Stephanie McMahon Gives Birth

Stephanie McMahon gave birth tonight to her and HHH’s 2nd child.  Murphy Claire Levesque is her name and she weighs 8lbs, 12 ounches.

RAW Thoughts As It Happens 7/28/08

RAW starts off with a video from the Batista/CM Punk match from last week where JBL interfered and cost Batista the match.  They then show Cena hitting Batista and them having to be seperated.

John Cena’s music hits and he is on the way to the ring.  Cena is in the middle of the ring with a mic and pretty much the entire crowd is booing him very loudly.  He said he can tell by the mixed reaction of the fans tonight, that they already know he isn’t perfect.  He said he has made a mistake and he was taught that when you make a mistake you face the consequences.  He said he isn’t going to get into details but last week he “socked Batista right in the mouth”.

FIP REVIEW - The Briscoes vs. Mad Man Pondo/Necro Butcher - FIP Tag Titles Bar Room Brawl - 4.21.07

Once in awhile FIP puts out something that I have to see.  I had heard good things about the Necro Butcher/Mad Man Pondo vs. Briscoes feud so I decided to check out one of the matches people talked most about.  The Bar Room Brawl for the FIP Tag Titles from International Impact Phase 2 on 4/21/07.

Necro Butcher and Pondo are coming out first, Pondo is wearing a Boondox shirts for all you Juggalos out there.  They have a ton of weapons.  Light tubes, chairs, signs.  One of the best parts about Necro is that he doesn’t wear any shoes.  He has a light tube in his hand waiting for the Briscoes (C.) to come out.  Here they come, Mark is playing his tag title like a guitar.  Briscoes hit the ring and the match is underway.  Necro and Jay are exchanging chops in the corner while Pondo and Mark battle on the outside.  Jay with a back drop on Necro.  He clotheslines Necro over the top to the floor.
